Finding Your New Home
Once we start looking for your next place, we move into the Recon Phase. In order to help you effectively and efficiently, we need to initially see you in a variety of spaces to get to know your style and any nuances that emerge (especially the ones you didn't even know you had).
Seeing you in spaces gives us the ability to shortlist homes for you. This means, we do the bulk of the recon and only try to recommend you see those places that are going to be true contenders. You can trust us to be (brutally) honest with you about the listing we're viewing. If we spot a bad apple, we'll let you know. We'll continually share our industry + area knowledge so you can make decisions without fear of regret.
We make a point to keep tabs on market trends around the city, not just niche neighbourhoods. We work with a lot of clients that have a particular budget and are open to different options and neighbourhoods. Our job is to find the best “fit” for you!
Throughout the process, we keep a log of every house you see and prepare a weekly 'What We Saw' report that tracks sold prices and other statistics, so that, together, we can watch neighbourhood trends and patterns. It's all about empowerment!
