My name is Takara and it is so nice to meet you! I will be taking care of your client experience, which means I am here for you. You can reach out to me at any point if you have questions or need assistance with anything. We've had clients that have reached out for help with logistics regarding movers, cleaners, cable hook-up, trades, wanting to know garbage schedules at their new home, etc. I’m here to help make this a successful journey for you!
I want to set you up for success. To do that I'll start by getting you informed and up-to-speed on what lies ahead. Before we get started, I have attached ‘The Buyer Guide’ which contains absolutely everything you need to know for this process so that you can reference it at any time. Make sure you save this guide because from now until closing, I will be sending our 'Buyer Guide' emails weekly which will reference the important information to focus on at each stage from this guide.
